The consultant shall provide monitoring support in fragile states to the PATRIP Foundation, ensuring quality control and compliance with contract documents. Projects conducted in Afghanistan/Pakistan/Tajikistan include small to mid-scale social and economic infrastructure measures (on average around 600 000–1 200 000 EUR) to facilitate cross-border exchange, e.g. bridges and roads.
