Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

Companies that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR 300,000 in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (Solar plants) in the years 2020-2022, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide substantiation for at least three reference projects of Solarplants of min. 50 kWp, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Auftragsausführung
Bedingungen für die Vertragserfüllung:

Material delivery latest 15th October 2023.

Offers that do not include a binding delivery time during that period cannot be considered.

We intend to place orders latest before 30th August 2023.

Options will not be not considered in the evaluation.

The attached draft "contract for work and materials" is part of the tender and is accepted in full by the bidder with the submission of the tender.

More detailed site information and drawings are available on demand. Please send a short message to GIZ via the procurement platform.

Site visits are possible, interests for site visits must be communicated until 25th July 2023.

The bidder must be able to offer customs clearance and import of all required items in Ghana on behalf of GIZ.

The bidder shall undertake the complete process of customs clearance and importation on behalf of GIZ. The handling costs for this are to be listed in the bid.

Customs duties and import tax shall be addressed to GIZ and paid by GIZ.

The bidder must have the required accreditation to import solarplant material in Ghana.

The General Purchase Conditions (GPC) - version of July 2023 of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH apply to all bids. They will form an integral part of the contract when it is awarded to the selected bidder.
