The Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (DZNE) (
www.dzne.de), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is a research institute within the Helmholtz association that studies neurodegenerative diseases. The Awarding Authority is located in Bonn (Germany) and has seven additional locations throughout Germany. The Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement regarding management and further development of services and infrastructure of the existing IT landscape. The contract will imply technical design of the IT landscape, scientific software configuration and/or build, scientific data management, services for the administration branch. The framework agreement shall include also the day to day administration of the IT system, network and any other related items.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process and may award a contract(s) in whole, in part, or not at all as a result of the competition called for by this notice and the Awarding Authority shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidates in considering and/or responding to the procurement process. All discussions and meetings will be conducted in English.
