Radiation hard digital library for IHP-SG13S
Development of an radiation-hard digital cell library for IHP-SG13S technology and a test-chip. The library contains a subset of the standard cell library, a voter-cell and IO cells. The test-chip is for functionality tests of every cell. An SRAM generator or SRAM module can be offered optional.
IHP GmbH purchases the right for commercial usage of the library.
IHP GmbH purchases the right to export products using these library elements according to the Export law of Germany and the EU.
