Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG („HB Int.“) is the sole shareholder in Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG („HBA“). As part of the restructuring of the group, HB Int. intends to sell HBA in an open, transparent and non-discriminatory auction process.
HBA has its headquarters in Klagenfurt in the state of Carinthia, Austria, and is a universal bank with business activities in retail and private banking, corporate banking and public finance.
