Supply and maintenance of a focused ion beam (FIB)/SEM system
The Institute for Transuranium Elements plans the purchase of a focused ion beam (FIB) system combined with a secondary electron imaging adapted for the sampling, preparation and examination of solid radioactive material specimens.
The purchase shall cover the delivery and installation of the complete equipment, including training and the possibility of a maintenance contract after the warranty period.
