BKR01 - Construction of Operations & Maintenance Facilities
Turnkey contract covering the construction of a 2 storey office and maintenance/warehouse building in the harbour area of Norddeich, including some civil work in the harbour and in connection with the installation of adjoining berthing facilities and possibly the provision of a crane as part of the berthing facilities.
The operation & maintenance building may include an elevated helipad.
Work expected to start beginning of 2013.
The German VOB/B standard will be used for the contract.
