Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:

Applicants must provide the following information:

— A short presentation of the company, including among other the company name, address and company registration number,

— An extract from the Company Register,

— A solemn declaration issued by a Representative of the company in compliance with article 54 of EU Directive 2004/17/EC and stating the following,

— The Company is not subject to a court order for Suspension of Payments,

— The Company has not been declared bankrupt or filed for voluntary bankruptcy,

— The company is not in liquidation or compulsory liquidation,

— The company has not been judged and found guilty of a punishable act or offence,

— The company has no outstanding due debt to the Public (Public authorities, agencies, offices, bodies governed by public law, institution or organisation) in the country where the company is registered.

The above must be provided in one hard copy and one electronic copy (USB or CD-rom).

The selection of applicants for participation in the tender procedure will be partly based on the quality of the content of the provided documentation – Cf. section VI.3.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

Applicants must provide their audited annual reports for the last two years (including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts). If the turn-over does not appear in the provided documents, it will be mentioned separately.

Companies newly incorporated which cannot provide those financial statements must document their financial status in another way, for instance with budgets.

The above information must be provided in one hard copy and one electronic copy (USB or CD-rom).

The selection of applicants for participation in the tender procedure will be partly based on the quality of their financial status – Cf. section VI.3.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Applicants must provide the following information:

1) References for similar projects over the last 3 years, or whatever possible period

2) Information on main subcontractors

3) Description of quality management control system

The applicants shall be ISO 9001 certified (Quality Management requirement) and a copy of this certificate shall be provided.

4) Description of Health and Safety procedures

5) Description of environmental management control system

6) An overview of the expected total capacity of the applicant in 2013 re.:

a. Relevant technical personnel

b. Relevant technical equipment

7) An overview of all significant projects that the applicant expects to undertake in 2013, including at least:

a. A brief description of each project

b. An estimate of the commencement and completion dates for each project

c. An estimate of the capacity the applicant expects to allocate to each project

The above must be provided in one hard copy and one electronic copy (USB or CD-rom).

The selection of applicants for participation in the tender procedure will be partly based on the quality of the content of the provided documentation – Cf. section VI.3.
