The complete request for participation and Non-disclosure-agreement templates can be downloaded under the platform www.subreport.de, stating the "ELVIS-ID"-No. E33536719. Each interested bidder has to register first. Registration is free of cost but mandatory. The request for participation together with the duly completed and signed Non-Disclosure-Agreement has to be mailed or handed over personally in a closed envelope, extraneously labeled with company name, address, code word „Not-Open-Award-Procedure“ according to § 3 EG, Nr. 2, Buchst. a) VOL/A“ and reference-number as mentioned above in sufficient time (personal admittance only with a valid identity card !), that it will be on hand until the above indicated closing date at Forschungszentrum Juelich, GB M-E, Building 15.3, Room No. 2047.
