Criteria for exclusion: The general grounds for exclusion from participation are the minimum requirements as stated in this document. Suppliers are required to bid on individual lots and have the option to bid on a combination of lots. The evaluation criteria will consider the TCO of the combination of lots, including the administrative benefits. 4. The applicants have to note that the submission to tender has to be signed legally effective and that all explanations and proofs stated in the contract notice must be fully attached. A reference to former applications is not sufficient. Submissions to tender which do not contain the required explanations and proofs can be excluded. The awarding office reserves the right - without being obliged to or that the applicants are entitled to - to put in an additional demand for explanations and proofs. 5. In case the applicant for proof of performance within the participation contest wants to resort to resources of Third Party/Subcontractors he must also present the above mentioned proofs related to the Third Party/ Subcontractor and in addition a confirmation of the Third Party/Subcontractor in which he declares that he iswilling to render services for this assignment. 6. The submissions to tender have to be sent in English language. The forwarding has to be effected in written form. Documents must be sent in until final deadline. 1. The Candidate must be included in the trade register according to legislation of the country of establishment.

Please send a certified statement that is not older than six months.

"Certificates from Connexio/ Achilles Germany or Sellihca Sweden will be accepted as an alternative for the required proof".

2. Declaration that the Supplier will register in Sellihca/Connexio system latest when the contract will be signed.

3. Declaration of the applicant that he meets his obligation to pay taxes, dues and national insurance contributions accordingly.

4. The Candidate declares that it is able to deliver at least one complete lot according to the following lot requirements:

— For each lot Vattenfall requires the supplier to deliver the requested products across a whole country (from north to south).

5. The supplier confirms that its behavior is in compliance with Vattenfall´s code of conduct for suppliers (The Code).

— Attachment of a signed statement issued by a highly reputed financial institution on the liquidity, solvency and profitability of the applicant that demonstrates that the financial strength of the applicant is such that he is capable of executing the announced contract has to be submitted,

Please confirm that the applicant is able to supply at least 98 % of the product groups from stock and that he will acquire customer-specific requested products and, where necessary, hold these in stock.

Please confirm that the applicant has a local support (Key Account, Customer-Care-Center with local language) in each country/lot where the applicant is applying for ordering system:

Vattenfall Nordics and Germany are currently using.

Hubwoo as marketplace. In the future possibly other regions will implement Hubwoo as well.

Please add a reference where a catalogue management system such as Hubwoo or equivalent is used between the Supplier and the customer, similar products were sold. Provide name and contact details such as, phone number, company, short description of the products delivered, including scope, start date and term. Vattenfall reserves the right to contact the reference if necessary.

Please confirm also that an accounting procedure electronic credit memos is used. Invoices for the delivered products have to be sent via different medias (paper, electronic) according to defined time slots.

The candidate has to deliver within 48 hours (for articles in stock) to all sites. The candidate must have the ability to deliver direct to the User ('desktop-delivery') / or a central goods recipient.

Vattenfall aims to a standardization of products and processes.

Please describe your experience with regard to a project plan for potential savings and a timeline, where you describe upcoming possibilities for standardization, integration and synergy for a company.

Include a reference (i) where you have helped them to achieve this. (ii)Give a short description on the situation before and after and how you did this. Describe results in form of value. Provide name and contact details such as, phone number, company, short description of the products delivered, including scope, start date and term. Vattenfall reserves the right to contact the reference if necessary.

The Applicant must have a quality-management system in place, compliant to EN ISO 9001. Written verification required.
