Further development, maintenance and implementation of SOFIA (safety oversight facilitated integration application) in EASA partner States
Provision of services in support of EASA's international technical cooperation activities with the aim to enhance, promote and further support the development and operability/implementation of SOFIA and in particular:
— assist the EASA International Cooperation Department (Technical Cooperation Section) with the implementation of the EASA-owned SOFIA application to all of its interested partner States/organisations,
— further develop and maintain SOFIA to continuously meet the latest standards in regulations, recommended practices and IT technology in close cooperation with EASA and users,
— continuously provide support to EASA and SOFIA users after implementation by inter alia managing the user community forum and bug tracking system and offering helpdesk assistance where needed on 24/7 basis.
