Bayerngas GmbH is entitled under the Federal Mining Act to explore for hydrocarbons in the permission zone (“Erlaubnisfeld”) Reudnitz, Region Beskow, Brandenburg, Germany.
Therefore Bayerngas GmbH is carrying out an awarding procedure according to § 129b of the Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB). The relevant documentation thereto is published on the website of Bayerngas GmbH.
In the context of the exploratory measures 2D- seismic measurements will be carried out in the area of the permission zone Reudnitz, details of which are included in the tender documents (profile position approx. 100km).
Specifics:
The procedure can be amended amended or discontinued at any time if any permission required under Public law or any similar prerequisite is not granted in time or is revoked thereafter.
