Photomultiplier
Im Auftrag der FAIR GmbH, Darmstadt, plant die GSI die Beschaffung von Photomultipliern zur Lichtauslese der Szintillator Barren für das NeuLAND Projekt. NeuLAND ist die Neuentwicklung eines großflächigen Neutronendetektors im Rahmen des R3B Projektes von FAIR. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt als Rahmenvereinbarung und beinhaltet im ersten Auftrag die Lieferung von mindestens 250 Photomultipliern. Innerhalb der vierjährigen Vertragslaufzeit ist ein Höchstbestellvolumen von bis zu 6 600 Photomultipliern geplant.
GSI aims to purchase photomultipliers for the light read-out of scintillator bars for the NeuLAND project at the FAIR facility, Darmstadt. NeuLAND is the next generation Large-Area Neutron Detector with in the R3B project at FAIR. The call for tenders is carried out as a framework agreement and comprises in the first order the lot of minimum 250 photomultipliers. Within the contract duration of four years a maximum order quantity of up to 6 600 photomultipliers is planned.
