1) The award procedure documents are made up of the procedural conditions (award procedure document A), the required forms (award procedure document B) for the provision of services to FMS-Wertmanagement Service GmbH and must be requested from FMS-Wertmanagement AöR using the contact information in I.1 (ausschreibung@fms-wm.de). With the request the tenderer has to name a contact person (name, e-mail address, phone number).

2) The award procedure documents will only be sent if the tenderer have previously submitted the confidentiality agreement to the FMS-Wertmanagement AöR using the contact stated in I.1.

3) The proposal must be submitted by mail and must be manually signed. Written tenders and all related documents must be mandatorily submitted

- in a sealed envelope or package.

The envelope or package must be clearly identified as follows:

“Proposal “GPPP - London" Do not open before the end of the time limit for the receipt of proposals!

Personal and unopened for the attention of Mr. Paul Bambridge”

It should be noted that proposals that are not received on time and in the correct form will be excluded unless the tenderer is not responsible for the delay. Proposals that are transmitted electronically and via fax are not admissible.

4) The FMS-Wertmanagement Service GmbH will first briefly review the proposals received on time for completeness and for computational and technical accuracy. If it emerges that proposals are incomplete, the FMS-Wertmanagement Service GmbH reserves the right to subsequently request missing documents. This also explicitly applies if the proposals are not properly submitted and even for missing signatures (except for the proposal sheet), data missing from forms, contradictory disclosures on forms. If the FMS-Wertmanagement Service GmbH decides to subsequently request documents, it will call, in a non-discriminatory manner, on all tenderers that have submitted a tender on time to subsequently submit declarations and supporting documents with a deadline being set. In requesting subsequent submission of the documents, the FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH will notify the tenderers of those documents not meeting the published or legal requirements.

The tenderer has neither the right that the FMS-Wertmanagement Service GmbH will perform a general subsequent round, nor a right to late submission of evidence and documents other than in a general subsequent round. The right to require further documentation of the tenderer does not create any responsibility of the contracting entities for the completeness of the offers. Liability claims for negligent failure to subsequently submit documents are excluded. The tenderers are solely responsible for proving their suitability and ensuring the completeness of their proposals. If the FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH does not make use of its general right to request further documentation, the evaluation of offers will only be based on those documents submitted by August 2, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (BST)

5) Changes to the award procedure documents - these also include the forms and the annexes of document A - are not permissible and will result in exclusion from the award procedure.

6) If, in the tenderers' opinion, this announcement or the additional award of contract documents contains ambiguities or contradictions or is in violation of any applicable law, the tenderers must apeal to the FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH immediately and prior to submission of its proposals by using the contact information above in I.1 (ausschreibung@fms-wm.de).

7) For participation in this invitation to tender no recompense is granted. Submitted documents will not be returned.

8) International applicants must submit equivalent evidence/statements of their country of origin or equivalent declarations. Evidence/statement made in a foreign language must be accompanied by an English translation.
