Provision of property management and consultancy services
In 2004 the Agency initially rented space in the current building for approximately 80 staff members at the KölnTriangle, Ottoplatz 1, 50679 Cologne, GERMANY. The steady growth of the Agency has meant that additional areas have been rented. The Agency currently employs approximately 700 staff members — a number which shall potentially further grow in the coming years.
In connection to its headquarters in Cologne the Agency is currently considering a number of options in order to address the foreseeable developments of its operational needs, be it through reorganising/further expanding within the current premises or moving to alternative ones.
Additionally the Agency has rented since March 2012 further premises at avenue de Cortenbergh 100 in Brussels, BELGIUM. Because of the close collaboration with Brussels-based entities such as the European Commission, SESAR Joint Undertaking and Eurocontrol additional office space may also need to be acquired/managed in the future.
In the context of this project/sub-projects the Agency has defined 2 potential areas (lots) where support could be needed:
— lot 1: property consultancy and project supervision/management services,
— lot 2: facility management consultancy services.
