The first part of the tender called “Lot 05: Supply of Substructure & Foundation WTG” concerns the optional fabrication and supply of at least 44 and maximum 54 substructures and foundations. Each substructure and foundation consists of one monopile and a transition piece.
The certified design for the 54 standard steelwork monopile substructure and foundation will be delivered by the contracting entity. It is the intention of the contracting entity to involve the contractor during the detailed design phase of the substructures and foundations. This allows the contractor to modify the detailed design as needed for its fabrication facilities. This design will be an integral part of the contract to be awarded. Alternatively, the contractor is entitled to develop foundations with own certified / certifiable (basic and detailed) design in existing time frame.
The second part of the tender called “Lot 10.02: Installation of Topside and Substructure” concerns the optional installation of one substation. The substation consists of one topside and one substructure and foundation for the topside. The substructure and foundation shall be a standard braced steelwork jacket substructure and foundation including four piles.
The third and last part called “Lot 10.05: Installation of Substructure & Foundation WTG” concerns the installation of at least 44 and maximum 54 substructures and foundations. Each substructure and foundation consists of one monopile and a transition piece.

Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH has decided to perform a formal procurement procedure solely in order to create a maximum degree of transparency and competition. Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH is not a contracting entity pursuant to Art. 2 of the Directive 2004/17/EC and to § 98 German Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB). Therefore, Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH is not bound to the Directive 2004/17/EC, the German Act against Restraints of Competition and/or the German Sector Regulation (Sektorenverordnung). These regulations solely serve as guideline for this procurement procedure. Furthermore, the candidates/ bidders do not enjoy legal protection under the Directive 89/665/EEC and/or the German Act against Restraints of Competition. This negotiated procedure is divided in two parts: First, Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH will examine formally the requests and check if the nondisclosure agreement as an annex of the request is not lacking, not amended and duly signed. Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH will evaluate the requests to participate on the basis of the following criteria: commercial, technical capability, organizational capability, HSE and Quality. After this, Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH intends to select at least three candidates for each part/ lot of the tenderin order to invite them to submit their tenders. Secondly, Innogy Nordsee 1 GmbH will evaluate the tenders and negotiate with at least three bidders. The bidders are not entitled to participation in the negotiations. Furthermore, the contract award is subject to the approval of the conclusion of the contract by the management of RWE Innogy GmbH. In the individual case, the conclusion of the contract may also be subject to the approval by other committees of RWE AG and/ or other external partners of IN1 project.

Kurze Beschreibung:

The certified design for the 54 standard steelwork monopile substructure and foundation will be delivered by the contracting entity. It is the intention of the contracting entity to involve the contractor during the detailed design phase of the substructures and foundations.
