Provision of infrastructural facility management — cleaning services
Through this restricted procedure, the ECB is seeking for a service provider who will provide infrastructural facility management services for the premises which will be used for the new SSM establishment, but also for different other premises of the ECB (e.g. external computer centre, ECB Brussels office (excluded is the new ECB headquarters NEP in Frankfurt Ostend)). The infrastructural facility management services shall include both a daily and a periodic cleaning service of the buildings, the cleaning of windows/glass surfaces (interior only), pest control and the maintenance of indoor plants.
