Provision of support services for selected internal audit activities

The European Central Bank intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of support services for selected internal audit activities, in the 9 fields of competency listed below:
1. operational risk;
2. financial risk;
3. information technology (IT);
4. human resources;
5. project management (with a strong IT component);
6. procurement and asset inventory;
7. planning, controlling and performance management;
8. recommendation follow-up assessment; and
9. audit planning and methodology.
Further details of the aforementioned fields of competency can be found in Annex 2 to the call of applications (see Section VI.3 of this notice) and in the specifications which will be sent to the candidates invited to the second stage of the tender.
