Supply of an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (TXRF) device

The Institute for Transuranium Elements plans the purchase of an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (TXRF) device.
The purchase shall cover the delivery and installation of the complete equipment, including training.
This equipment is sought to analyse elements ranging from Al to Am and quantities in the range from ppm to 100 %. Because of the radioactivity of several elements to be measured, the main part of the equipment will be built into a glovebox.
