After this, Nordsee One GmbH intends to select all qualified candidates in order to invite them to submit their tenders. Secondly, Nordsee One GmbH will evaluate the tenders and negotiate with at least three bidders. The bidders are not entitled to participation in the negotiations. Furthermore, the contract award is subject to the approval of the conclusion of the contract by the management of Nordsee One GmbH. In the individual case, the conclusion of the contract may also be subject to the approval by the investor committee of Nordsee One GmbH.
