Payment system for canteen
In order to ensure the effective and efficient daily operation of the canteen/bistro of the Agency in its new building a card payment concept (i.e. cashless) has been devised.
EASA staff will be able to use their ID cards as a payment method in the canteen and at the coffee points on their office floors. Charging terminals accepting cash and EC/credit cards will be available on the ground floor.
In order to ensure the availability of such a card payment system the following tender aims to conclude a framework contract with a suitable provider for the provision of the terminals required as well as the associated maintenance and repair services.
