— a detailed design proposal and description consisting of sketches, explanations and expected performance (specification fulfilment);

— a proposal for cleaning and assembling procedures of UHV parts;

— time schedule for detailed design, fabrication and assembly, testing and delivery;

— list of the main commercial components;

— documentation of all fabrication, clean room and test facilities to be used for the manufacturing, e.g. suitable, precise machines, cleaning facilities (ultrasonic bath type or other), clean room size and class (ISO5 or equivalent), test instruments;

— list of proposed subcontractors (if applicable) including goods and services supplied;

— at least 3 well documented references to projects of similar size and complexity;

— company profile including an overview of designing, manufacturing, qualification of the staff that will work on this project.
