Provision of IT conceptual consultancy works and services
The contracts resulting from this tender procedure will enable the ECB to source IT activities across the services lifecycle of IT infrastructure and applications services. This also includes management consultancy, strategic and process development services.
With the IS consultancy and services framework, the ECB intends to improve project delivery and post go-live operations for IT infrastructure and applications, as well as increase the efficiency and flexibility to resource a large number of its IT activities.
The framework contractors shall provide consultancy services and works in the following areas of IT management consultancy, strategic, technology and process development services. These include: IT governance, IT service management, quality management, and technical aspects of tenders and procurement procedures, studies (benchmarking) to support organisational, strategic and process development.
The framework agreement will be in place for 4 years and is not subject to renewal.
