Resident Representative Contract Visiting for the State of Kuwait
Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH (‘Vivantes’) intends to conclude an agreement on the provision of services regarding a Visiting Program with 1 or several partner(s) in the State of Kuwait. Vivantes intends to enter into obligation to support its partner in Kuwait (e.g. hospitals, governmental institutions, ministries, insurance companies) both in the medical area and as regards further forms of knowledge transfer. For this purpose, Vivantes employees are to pursue activities in Kuwait for a limited period of time of up to 6 months, while Kuwaiti specialists are to receive training from Vivantes in Berlin.
Subject to the more detailed provisions of the Resident Representative Contract Visiting subject to this tendering process, the contractor shall provide the following services:
— Advertise the Visiting Program in Kuwait to institutional clients, and act as agent in this regard; institutional clients include in particular hospitals and governmental institutions. Advertising the products to individual patients and acting as an agent in this regard is expressly not a part of the contract's content.
— Foster existing relationships with potential clients and clients who have already signed up, while looking after the Visiting Program on an ongoing basis.
