Subject of the contracts is the design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) including towers with a minimum capacity of 6 MW for an offshore windfarm with a total capacity of maximum 200 MW. The contracts are: 1. Contract for the supply and installation of Wind Turbine Generators for the Trianel Windpark Borkum (Phase II) and 2. Service and maintenance agreement
Design, manufacture, supply, storage, delivery, transport (on- and offshore), including provision of necessary logistics on- and offshore including installation vessel, installation (including installation engineering and supply of sea fastenings and grillages), assembly, commissioning, termination, test operation, documentation, service and maintenance of WTG and towers with a minimum capacity of 6 MW each (including guaranteed availability of the WTG's).
