The German Aerospace Center wants to authorize a supplier in order to carry out maintenance services for the research aircraft Dassault Falcon 20-E5 within a period of 4 years.
Among its fleet of highly modified aircraft the twin engine jet Falcon 20 E covers the largest flight envelope and is one of the few aircraft in Europe which is able to reach the stratosphere well above the cruise altitude of most airliners. The Falcon offers unique modifications and features which make it a true multipurpose sensor platform which can be configured to the individual needs of multiple applications.

A written confirmation regarding an aircraft maintenance according to Basic Aircraft Chapter 05

A written confirmation regarding an aircraft maintenance according to ICA Instructions for
Continued Airworthiness), supplemented by a valid certificate. Here: Documents are partly in German

9.
In case of using subcontractors for services which can not be performed at bidders premises (e.g. NDT, paint, interior, avionic, engine heavy maintenance), we need information about names and addresses of subcontractors including correspondent certificates that these are EASA approved.

A written confirmation for the service of an AOG Support (24/7) worldwide incl. parts supply (special
tools, test equipment, new parts, exchange, loan and pool parts)

A written confirmation for permission to DLR staff for monitoring maintenance activities directly at Service Center premises

A written confirmation for accepting an auditing by DLR Quality Management

A written confirmation for providing field service teams to support maintenance worldwide

A written confirmation to be able to provide a maintenance quotation within 5 working days
Note:
In case of missing data, we have the possibility to suspend you from the particiaption on competition. In case of delayed disposal, your quotation will be excluded.
This purchase transaction takes place in four phases:
Phase 1 — Competition of Participants: The application for participation must be provided to us in original form and originally signed until 25.4.2016 — 11:00 am at the latest. Please provide the above mentioned (supporting) documents/ information to following address by postal service:
