The selected tenderers will receive guidance, technical support and mentoring from the OpenBudgets.eu Consortium members for the implementation of the large scale trials and during the whole process.
Furthermore the selected tenderers will define their own selected trials package, in agreement with the OpenBudgets.eu Consortium members.

The tender is addressed to public administrations, municipalities, service providers for municipalities, labs, NGOs that are collaborating with public administrations and joint offers between public administrations,municipalities,labs, service providers, NGOs or other relevant organizations.

Furthermore the selected tenderers will define their own selected trials package, in agreement with the OpenBudgets.eu Consortium members. Thus they will have the opportunity to select which tools or parts of the platform, they are willing to test.

The working language will be English and all the Documents produced will be in English.

Purpose of the Large-scale trials for evaluating the OpenBudgets.eu platform

1. To assess the effectiveness, as well as the social and economic impact, of using the provided tools in terms of delivering their goals, as specified in the OpenBudgets.eu project's Grant Agreement.

2. To use and evaluate the OpenBudgets.eu platform, related tools, including the related components of the OpenSpending platform, to which the OpenBudgets.eu platform serves as an extension.
