1. Non-compliance with minimum requirements as per III.1.2) and III.2.1) leads to the exclusion of the participant/tenderer. 2. The contracting entity may exclude tenderers from further negotiating procedures already after the submission in case that the tender is economically significantly less advantageous compared with the competition. In addition the contracting entity reserves the right to conduct the negotiated procedure in consecutive stages in order to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated. 3. Tender applications and tenders/offers are to be submitted by mail or email. They are to be marked as tender/request to participate with the EU tender reference number 4. All proof, declarations and other information required by the contract notice are to be delivered to and received by the contracting entity by the end of closing date for submission. They have to be valid and in compliance with the requirements of the contract notice. The contracting entity reserves the right to additionally request proof, declarations and other information that is incomplete or was incorrectly submitted or submitted other than requested. The participants/tenderers cannot rely on such procedure. — Connection to the existing Trianel Windkraftwerk Borkum Substation (owned by ‘Infrastruktur Windkraftwerk Borkum GmbH & Co. KG’)

Offshore Wind Policy comprises Construction/ Erection All Risks Insurance, Delay in Start-up Insurance and Third Party Liability Insurance (Installation Phase) as well as Operation All Risks Insurance including Business Interruption (Operation Phase). Sums Insured in respect of physical damage and business interruption (18 months indemnity period considered) approx. 1 100 000 000 EUR plus additional limits for various cost items (such as debris removal, sue and labour etc.).

Policy period scheduled to start in April 2017. Installation phase expected to be completed end of 2019 (preliminary) following automatically by operation phase cover for (at least 1 year) up to 3 years (with automatic renewal afterwards).

The awarded tenderer has to collaborate with the mandated insurance broker, being Nordwest Assekuranzmakler GmbH & Co. KG.

(The existing OSS and TWB1 offshore wind farm is not part of this tender).

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:

License to operate as property insurer in Germany. Participants/tenderers with a legal domicile outside Germany: equivalent license by the competent supervisory authority.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

All interested participants/tenderers to provide a written tender application (by mail er email) until the point of time as set out under Section IV.2.2) including confirmation/ proof of credit rating by Standard & Poor's of not less than A- (or equivalent rating by another rating agency such as Fitch or Moody's).

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Requirements for a leading quote are as follows:

— At least 2 references as leading insurer for Offshore Wind Farm projects;

— Minimum share for a leading quote is 25 %.

Requirements in respect of an offer for a participation quote/share are as follows:

— Confirmation of their willingness to accept full following form without any reservations.
