Provision of print centre services
It is the intention of the ECB by means of this negotiated tender procedure to award a contract for the provision of a full range of copy and print centre services.
The services shall be mainly operated from the ECB premises. Part of the services shall also be provided from the supplier's off-site premises.
For the on-site services, the supplier will be provided with office space at the ECB premises. The services operated from the ECB site shall be run with the provider's own equipment and the provider's own staff members.
The services shall also include the maintenance of the equipment.
The on-site services include printing, sorting and producing single/duplex copies, hole punched and stapled, as well as other printing products.
