Provision of short-term temporary staff for periods between 1 day and 3 months, within British Forces Germany, to fill Lead Chef, Chef, Kitchen Support, General Labourer, Cleaner, Packer and Driver positions, as and when required, in Paderborn, Sennelager, Bielefeld, Gütersloh, Mönchengladbach, Grafenwöhr and Hohenfels, Bergen-Hohne NATO ranges and possibly other areas within Germany. The intention is to set up a framework of suppliers who may be called upon to provide staff to fulfil these services. Suppliers do not have to be able to provide all types of staff for all areas. The duration will be 3 years with the Option to take up a further year, or parts thereof. The Authorised Demanders will be staff from British Forces Germany Locally Engaged Civilians Support Services (LEC Sp Svcs) department. All suppliers who submit a compliant Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (access code provided below) and reach a minimum mark of 300 points, will be selected to go forward to Tender stage.

Interested suppliers are required to complete the PQQ to provide information that allows the Authority to evaluate the supplier's capacities and capabilities against the selection criteria set out at Section III) of this Contract Notice.
The Authority will use the PQQ response to create a short-list of tenderers who:
(1) Are eligible to participate under the terms of this Contract Notice;
(2) Fulfil any minimum standards under Section III) of this Contract Notice; and
