Provision of telecommunication lines and services

The scope of the framework agreement for telecommunication services includes the provision of external telecommunication lines for the locations in Frankfurt-on-Main. The telecommunications environment of the ECB is connected to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) through access lines currently provided by a third-party provider.
The telecommunication lines consist currently of PRI, BRI, IP and DSL lines in the Frankfurt-on-Main metropolitan area.
