Provision of VIP limousine and shuttle services and supply of temporary chauffeur services
Lot 1: provision of limousine and shuttle services to support the ECB's transportation services temporarily during events throughout the year. The service covers the transportation of high-ranking persons (VIPs) — representatives of the ECB or external visitors. Services will generally be provided within the Frankfurt area: regular transfers between different ECB premises, hotels and to/from Frankfurt Airport. Longer trips within Germany and to other EU countries and Switzerland may also be required.
Lot 2: supply of temporary chauffeur services for high-ranking persons — representatives of the ECB or external visitors (VIPs) — during events or in absence of ECB drivers for daily business needs. The chauffeur services can vary from a few hours per day to several weeks per month or even several months per year. The services will be provided within the Frankfurt area and may include longer trips within Germany and to other EU countries and Switzerland. The chauffeurs will be using vehicles from the ECB's fleet.
