Services in support of EASA international cooperation activities

European Aviation Safety Agency

The prime mission of EASA is the air safety of European citizens. European citizens travel worldwide and foreign carriers fly every day into Europe. Due to a lack of resources, proper institutional framework and/or expertise, some countries sometimes may not have the means to meet the minimum international standards of the Chicago Convention. The Agency works alongside the European Commission (EC) and other international partners to assist these countries and regional safety oversight organisations (RSOOs) in improving their regulatory framework and oversight capabilities through technical assistance activities. EASA also supports strategic aviation partnerships between the European Union and foreign countries.
Therefore, in the framework of the Agency's mission as described above, and covering the specific content and objectives of the below respective lots, EASA is seeking to contract highly competent and experienced partners to provide support to EASA consisting of various consultancy and/or training services to address the technical cooperation needs and/or action(s):
— lot 1: aviation consulting and training services including project management and logistical support,
— lot 2: services related to oversight and other authority tasks,
— lot 3: services related to accident and incident investigation.
