The object of the contract comprises:
(i) manufacture (including some engineering and design services as e.g. shop drawing), supply, delivery, transportation (on- and offshore), including provision of necessary logistics on- and offshore, including installation vessel, installation (including installation engineering, supply of sea fastenings and grillages and noise mitigation), assembly, commissioning, termination, test operation and documentation for the offshore foundation and transition pieces; and
(ii) engineering and design, supply, delivery, transport (on- and offshore), including provision of necessary logistics on- and offshore including installation vessel, installation (including installation engineering), assembly, survey and documentation for the scour protection for the offshore foundations.
