Technical facility management
EASA requires external support by a professional technical facility management provider. The provider must have extensive experience and qualifications in the management of technical equipment of high-quality office buildings. The provider is also required to have excellent experience in the field of technical infrastructure of data centres (e.g. cooling, emergency power generator). In addition, the provider will have to coordinate and implement renovation and rebuilding projects.
The tendered services will include the following main service areas to be covered by the tenderer:
— start-up/implementation of services,
— object management,
— maintenance and inspections,
— repairs and replacements,
— renovation and rebuilding projects,
— media technology.
