Web-based reporting platform — breach reporting mechanism (BRM)
The ECB has decided to procure the service of the reporting channel which shall be set up and operated as a Web-based reporting platform (‘Reporting platform’) enabling potential informants to submit reports to the ECB at any time through an encrypted connection. Submission of reports must also be possible without recording the informant's personal data. Only authorised ECB staff shall have access to the reporting platform in order to access reports.
