Kurze Beschreibung:
The consultant is required to perform the role of the overall planning and supervision consultant for up to 35 small and medium scale infrastructure measures (e.g. educational and health buildings, open air facilities, traffic/transportation facilities, roads, walkways, street lighting and fire hydrants, water and wastewater systems as well as the rehabilitation of existing buildings and structures) in 9 informal areas in the Greater Cairo Region. The project has an estimated total construction contract value of up to 14 700 000 EUR. The contract value of the single projects differs in between 300 000 EUR and 600 000 EUR. The consultants' scope of work entails all specialists which must be involved in a construction planning process according to the generally recognized engineering practice. The following phases have to be conducted: Analysis phase, Pre-planning, Draft-planning, Approval planning, Execution planning, Preparation of tendering Bid evaluation and Site supervision.

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:
The applicant/the consortium shall provide the following documents:
1) a declaration that the applicant or the member of the consortium is registered in a commercial register;
2) a declaration on the personal situation of the applicant or the member(s) of the consortium, consisting of:
a) a declaration on the absence of the mandatory reasons for an exclusion as per section 123 of the GermanAct against Restraints of Competition (Competition Act — GWB) or on the remedial actions and the measures taken;
b) a declaration on the absence of the optional for an exclusion as per section 124 GWB or on the remedial actions and the measures taken.
Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit: Declaration on the average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years.
Mindeststandards: At least 4.000.000 EUR (net) for the applicant or the consortium.
Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:
1) Declaration on reference projects of the applicant or the member of the consortium in the respectivetechnical field including a brief description of content, works conducted, monetaryvolume of work, involved experts, client, period, etc.
(2) Declaration on the number of employees of the applicant or the member of the consortium as of 31.12.2016.
Mindeststandards:
For (1): At least 4 reference projects in the respective technical field and one reference projectin the region of Northern Africa. All reference projects must have been provided within the last 3 years with aminimum commission value of at least 300 000 EUR (net) each.

The Senior Procurement Expert should be a registered procurement expert with a minimum 10 years' experience in the field of procurement processes, tendering and Award of contracts for construction (works contracts).
