81220261 — Strengthening of CLEAN Energy Network
The focus of IGEN-Access is to improve the sector environment for rural energy enterprises, and strengthen the ability of enterprises to deliver renewable energy solutions to rural communities. IGEN-Access is to focus on Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and North Eastern region. The State Nodal Agencies (SNA) of these states are also implementation partners.
Clean Energy Access Network (CLEAN) is an all India representative created in 2014 with a mandate to support, unify and grow the decentralized clean energy sector in India. CLEAN deliberately brings together diverse stakeholders from every slice of the sector across India who are working to improve energy access for the rural and urban poor. These stakeholders include decentralized energy enterprises, financial institutions, research institutes, universities, and community-based non-profits among others.
