Assistance for maintenance and extension of capabilities for business IT architecture and process management with ARIS
The objective of the Agency under this contract is twofold: to maintain and improve the business process management system and establish the full secured business IT architecture management system both with ARIS platform; ensuring the effective and efficient integration between business processes and business IT architecture. This implies:
— provision of assistance in the technical maintenance of the Agency's ARIS system landscape,
— provision of assistance in the further extension of the ARIS capabilities in the area of process management and business IT architecture.
