The list of other clients in Section I.1) is non-concluding and may be extended later. The client is, in accordance with § 57 SektVO, entitled to stop the tendering process at any time. Please note explicitly the deadline with accordance to § 160 paragraph 3 No 4 GWB. The client is entitled to transfer the award procedure (partially) to other legal entities. The participation proposal has to be sent in until the deadline as stated in section IV.2.2). The invitation to tender is expected to be send out until the date stated in section IV.2.3). The password for the zip-container under link http://ausschreibung.tennet.eu/ will be provided together with the ITT. For submission of the documents, no separate forms etc. have to completed. Only the documents which are mentioned under point III.1) ‘Conditions for participation’ have to be submitted. Kurze Beschreibung:

Geophysical survey — in-field survey QA/QC,

The Consultant will provide suitably qualified and experienced UXO consultants to provide QA/QC supervision services during the field work, including but not limited to:

— Prior to commencing survey, attendance at the kick-off meeting with the Survey Contractor and TOG.

— Approval of all tests and calibrations during spread mobilisation, including any additional tests and calibrations during the project.

— Validation of the surrogate item trial methods, data and results; final approval of the trial to allow work to commence.

— Supervision of operations during the main survey, including continuous provision of information about circumstances and measures to TOG; monitoring of compliance with TOG instructions and management reporting.

— Data review of the acquired and processed data to confirm quality of target interpretation in order to reduce the number of targets identified within the data collected to date.

Consultant shall provide independent processing and interpretation of the survey using the raw acquired data provided by the survey contractor in order to identify all ferrous anomalies within the data set. The data will be processed using Oasis Montaj with the UX Detect add-on (or any other qualified software package), preliminary already offshore and onshore.

Upon conclusion of the acquisition and processing works, Consultant shall prepare with the contracting authority and participate in a route working group meeting to finalise the anomaly target list and a re-engineered route position list.

Anomaly identification and disposal — in-field survey QA/QC,

The Consultant will provide suitably qualified and experienced EOD consultants to provide QA/QC supervision services during the field work, including but not limited to:

— Review of Survey Contractor's operating procedures and Method Statements.

— Validation of the of the surrogate item trial methods, data and results; final approval of the trial to allow work to commence.

— Supervision of operations during the identification and if required, disposal works including continuous provision of information about circumstances and measures to TOG; monitoring of compliance with TOG instructions, compliance with regulatory requirements and management reporting. Specifically, the duties shall include daily oversight, keeping records of all activities, liaison with the Offshore Superintendent on the vessel and TOG onshore, Data review of the acquired and processed data to confirm identification of the targets and agreement of any disposal requirements.

Upon conclusion of the survey, anomaly identification and disposal operations Consultant shall issue an ALARP clearance certificate to warrant route clearance.

NordLink is an Interconnector, which requires 155 km of investigation from the landfall Büsum to Danish waters, operation is a multiple vessel operation running simultaneously. Water depth from 0 to 40 m.

— demonstration of sufficient number of employees with English language;

— existing third party liability insurance with a minimum coverage level of 10 000 000 EUR per incident by confirmation / certificate of insurance.

The above conditions must be met either by the tenderer or in sum by a bidding consortium. It is not sufficient if the conditions are met only by the combination of tenderer and subcontractor(s), or if only the subcontractor fulfils the contract conditions.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

Evidence to be provided by submitting the following documents:

— business reports (mind. company balance sheet/profit and loss account) of the last 3 years have to be submitted,

— companies proof of a total turnover of min. 3 000 000 EUR within the last 3 years for Lot 1 — NordLink and of min. 1 000 000 EUR within the last 3 years for Lot 2 — MERKUR.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Admitted are only companies, which can show proof of 5 project references not older than 3 years, which:

— demonstrate that the applying company was actively in the lead of QA/QC offshore UXO clearance campaigns (show evidence of own performance).

— demonstrate experience and knowledge in offshore UXO clearance campaigns.

The description of the relevant projects must include at least the following information:

— name of client (incl. contact person for possible queries),

— total construction costs of the project,

— beginning of the project,

— duration of the project,

— information regarding the functions performed by the tenderer in the respective project.

Furthermore, the following information must be provided:

— list of an adequate number of people (CVs of key personnel), who are currently available for the tenderer and were engaged in relevant projects in the past,

— statement regarding the conditions according to which these reference projects were executed,

— statement whether the company has experience in dealing with the German licensing authorities.

In the event that different tenderers join together in a consortium, only a joint and several liability of the consortium will be accepted by the client. The consortium structure shown in the pre-qualification is considered as fixed and may not be changed in further proceedings.
