EnBW operates the offshore wind farm Baltic 1.
The Bidder shall deliver and keep a suitable crew transfer vessel, available for use and corresponding to the definied technical specifications. Together with the vessel the Bidder has to provide a qualified crew in the Port of Barhöft (or any other suitable Port on the Baltic Coast defined by Employer).
With the vessel the Bidder shall supply transportation services between Port and Offshore Site of personnel, tools and spare parts for the Offshore Wind Farm (OWF). The Crew transfer vessel shall also conduct personnel and equipment transfer within the OWF, between individual turbines, OSS and other vessels.

Kurze Beschreibung:

EnBW operates the offshore wind farm Baltic 1.

The Bidder shall deliver and keep a suitable crew transfer vessel, available for use and corresponding to the definied technical specifications. Together with the vessel the Bidder has to provide a qualified crew in the Port of Barhöft (or any other suitable Port on the Baltic Coast defined by Employer).

With the vessel the Bidder shall supply transportation services between Port and Offshore Site of personnel, tools and spare parts for the Offshore Wind Farm (OWF). The Crew transfer vessel shall also conduct personnel and equipment transfer within the OWF, between individual turbines, OSS and other vessels.

The Bidder shall deliver and keep a suitable crew transfer vessel.

The requirements to the Crew Transfer vessel are as follows:

— The length of Vessel shall be at least 19m.

— Certification for at least 12 passengers including sanitary and welfare area (vessels with approval for morethan 12 passengers are also suitable).

— Cruise speed of minimum 20 Knots in 1.3 to 1.5 m Hs.

— The vessel must be capable of sailing in minimum 2m Hs waves and corresponding winds.

— Safe approach and people transfer to foundation of OSS and WTG at minimum 1,5m Hs.

— Suitable bow and fender system for safe approach and transfer to offshore structures e.g. boat landing atfoundations. Whenever a reduction of risk at transfer can be achieved by changing the bow and fender systemof the vessel, the Bidder is obliged to change this at his own cost. At all times the boat landing must not bedamaged by vessel or fender system

— The Bidder must ensure that the CTV is equipped with floodlight which can light up the transfer area as well asthe entire ladder onto transition piece platform in order to ensure the safe transfer of all personnel.

— Deck Space in direct vicinity of the Boat-Transfer-Area of minimum 45 m2 for boxes, spare parts and heavytools must be available. The area shall have a bearing capability of 1.500kg/m2

— The minimum total cargo capacity shall be 12t.

— The deck shall be equipped with transport boxes as required by Contractor acting reasonably for tools, heavyspare parts etc. with lashing points.

— The CTV shall have a crane for loading and unloading of the CTV capable of 1350 kg SWL.

— Capacity to hang, store and dry survival suits, swim wests and other personal equipment of min. 12Passengers.

The vessel will be chartered on hire periods from 2017 to 2020.

The hire periods are:

1.7.2017 to 15.10.2017.

15.4.2018 to 15.10.2018.

15.4.2019 to 15.10.2019.

15.4.2020 to 30.6.2020.

Outside these indicated periods the vessel will not be chartered by EnBW.
