IT application and infrastructure management services (ITAIMS)
EASA's strategy on IT for the coming years is focussed on leveraging the value of information, a cross-organisational, consolidated and secure IT system landscape, fostering e-collaboration and a scalable and resilient IT as a service.
In order to close the gap between a high demand for IT and the internal technical capacity, EASA wishes to conclude a framework contract in cascade, for supporting the maintenance and operation of its IT application and infrastructure landscape supporting the IT services provided to the business, and the further evolution thereof, in order to realise EASA's strategy on IT and to keep on providing a reliable and secure IT system landscape.
