For emergency and rescue situations involving the Principal's employees on the offshore platforms and windturbines of operational wind farms ‘Baltic 1’ and ‘Baltic 2’ as well as the ‘Wikinger’ and ‘ArkonaBeckenSüdost’ wind farms currently under construction in the Baltic Sea, a rescue helicopter, including aeronauticaland medical crew, is required during the construction and operation phase, both to rescue injuredpersons from the platforms and wind turbines and from the installation ships being used. The rescue helicopter incl. crew has to be ready for use around the clock, 365 days a year.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

The following information is to be submitted together with the application.

1. Company turnover of the last 3 years.

2. Submission of the annual reports or balance sheets of the last 2 closed financial years.

3. Proof of existence of the European certificate of insurance for helicopters with a minimum coverage of 7 000 000 EUR (in words: seven million euro) incl. insurance for third party damage + personal insurance. Alternatively, a confirmation by an insurance company that this insurance will be taken out before start of the contract execution.

4. Proof of existence of a public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5 000 000 EUR per damagecase and double maximisation per insurance period. Alternatively, a confirmation by an insurance company that this insurance will be taken out before the start of the contract execution.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

1. References including descriptions of similar projects from the last 3 years.

2. Signed pilots need to have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of German and English.

3. The bidder possesses the following documents:

— Helicopter operating licence.

— Certificate of airworthiness and certificate of registration.

4. The helicopter to be used has to be admissible to rescue injured persons as per Performance Class 1.

5. The helicopter to be used is admissible for operation on the open sea, for hoist operations, instrument flight as well as HEMS in accordance with the German Air Operator Certificate.

6. The aeronautical (pilot, co-pilot) and medical crew (emergency doctor, hoist operator) have to be provided.

7. The assigned crew has to be in possession of proof of regular offshore and hoisting training.

8. The helicopter has to be on standby near the above mentioned windfarms and platforms and shall be able to reach them within no more than 45 minutes including reaction time.

9. Year of manufacture of aircraft 2007 or thereafter.

10. PIC a minimum of 2 500 flight hours.

11. Multi Crew Cockpit.
