To ensure the DanTysk / Sandbank offshore wind farm rescue chain,

It is especially about:

The emergency response time (Rescue Helicopter), the exposed location of the wind park, the weather conditions and the sum of the staff ensuring the operation of the wind farms.

For this reason, it is unavoidable to have at least one, specially trained and equipped emergency paramedic, in the Sandbank and Dan Tysk wind farm (24/7). Based on the Dan Tysk OAP (offshore accommodation platform)

This is the first offshore point of reference for any kind of injury and illness. For this task, the Paramedic is authorized by an emergency physician and can be advised by him, or by an emergence hospital, if necessary.

In addition the Paramedic can, if needed, be transferred (by CTV) to the Dan Tysk Sandbank turbines.

Perhaps, the Paramedic has to be able to be hoisted with a helicopter to a wind turbine (not planned at the moment).

Kurze Beschreibung:

The Contractor shall provide a suitable telemedicine device and the needed telemedicine connection to emergency hospital within the framework of the operational rescue concept for the wind parks Dan Tysk & Sandbank.

In order to use the Paramedics efficiently and to for fill the ‘DGUV First Aid at offshore wind parks’, is the following, required.

Provision of the telemedicine device including a telemedicine connection by using this device and by using an landline phone to reach the emergency hospital / emergency doctor.
