Deliverables
The support firm shall:
— Review the technical specifications laid out by the GIZ/MOP team and provide feedback on their understanding;
— Be responsible for the (technical) development and programming of the system components;
— Lead the technical and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design process;
— Design, implement and deploy all software components;
— Support the preparation of a user acceptance test;
— Produce detailed documentation along the development process;
— Provide comprehensive trainings and on the job capacity enhancement to a team of selected MOP staff in the use of the software components and develop guides which MOP can use for training further staff and users;
— Support and maintain the system during a period of up to ten months following the handover.
