This ‘WTG Quality Surveillance Services — Blades’ tender concerns the provision of qualified Quality Surveillance services on site at WTG blade manufacturing facilities including:
— Monitoring and reporting any HSE issues.
— Reviewing and monitoring Manufacturer's documentation, staff qualifications and competency, processes, quality control activities and the end product.
— Using Employer's tracking system to report any deficiencies with respect to compliance of documentation, process, qualifications of staff and/or the end product with the Contract and other relevant requirements.
— Using the Employer's component tracking system to report the status/progress of each component.
Quality Control at the manufacturer is not required, but rather the manufacturer's own QA/QM/QC shall be inspected and assessed.
The manufacturing facilities will be located within Europe, mostly northern Europe. On occasion, travel further afield may also be required. In exceptional cases inspections may also take place at other points in the execution process of the WTG supplier, e.g. pre-assembly, installation, completion, commissioning.

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

Your company must have taken out liability insurance

that at the time of application is valid for at least 6 more

months, with a minimum cover of 1 million EUR per

event or you must provide for such insurance in case of

contract award.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

To be able/allowed to carry out the required inspections, inspectors must have

— sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge including relevant formal qualification(s) such as an engineering degree and/or trade qualification(s);

— at least 5 years' experience within the wind industry related to rotor blades including, non-destructive testing, design, and production and;

— at least 3 years' of work experience in on-site failure analysis and quality control of rotor blades;

— 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance and Control;

— Proficiency in relevant standards including Eurocodes and DIN;

— Read and understand design and workshop drawings;

— Hold relevant certificates to enter European production facilities;

— Have the relevant HSE certificates to carry out the Services.

As an option, the Contractor is asked to include offshore inspection rates. The offshore inspection team would need to be trained, qualified and equipped with the required PPE for performing offshore works. Training, qualification and equipment would be at the expense of the Contractor.
