Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH
GIZ ProEnergie supports the Togolese Agency for rural electrification and renewable energy (Agence Togolaise d'electrification rurale et des energies renouvelables, AT2ER) in the development of decentralized energy solutions like mini-grids and solar home systems for rural electrification. As mini-grids are a nascent technology especially in Togo, GIZ is seeking long-term consultants to support the AT2ER in tendering and realizing a batch of mini-grids and, in addition, to review and adapt the legal and regulatory framework to ease the development of decentralized energy production in Togo. Strong expertise in developing and applying tendering procedures for mini-grids and additional expertise in developing legal and regulatory frameworks in the context of decentralized energy supply are required.
