The programme "Strengthening employment promotion structures in rural and pre-urban Tunisia" aims at facilitating the access of (rural) youth to effective and efficient labour market services as well as to entrepreneurship and technical training. Hence, the programme implements 3 fields of implementation:

(i) local multi stakeholder dialogues for employment promotion in selected pilot regions;

(ii) increased attractiveness of TVET; and

(iii) innovative qualification, value chain development and labour market services.

Political partner is the ministry of technical education and employment promotion (Ministère de la Formation Professionelle et de l"Emploi, MFPE).

The Firm of Consultants is responsible for the implementation of the field of implementation:

(i) local multi stakeholder dialogues for employment promotion as well as for all activities related to value chain development under the field of implementation;

According to Article 160, Section 3 of the German Act Against Restraint of Competition (GWB), application for review is not permissible insofar as
