— General information service and correspondence in a fully equipped and staffed office during normal business hours in Great Britain,
— Operation and ongoing maintenance of an English language website (http://winesofgermany.co.uk/) about German wine including ongoing maintenance of social networks,
— Creation, distribution and forwarding of promotional materials,
— Assisting in organising trips to the German wine-growing regions,
— Market research/collecting of market data,
— Transmission of statistics,
— Creation and organisation of events for the press, sommeliers, beverage retailers, restaurateurs, consumers, etc.,

Experience shows that it takes at least 3 years to build up a new agency and establish a trusting relationship with the target groups (German wine producers, media, gastronomy, trade and consumers). From a marketing point of view, the initial investments made are only beginning to amortize from this point in time Therefore, a framework contract must be concluded for a period of at least 6 years.

An application for review is inadmissible if the applicant already became aware of the violation during the award procedure and did not object to the contracting entity immediately, i.e. without undue delay. Any errors apparent in the official announcement must be challenged accordingly by the end of the period for submitting tenders or applications that is specified therein. The contracting entity must be notified of any violations of the provisions governing the award of public contracts which become evident from the award documents before expiry of the period specified in the notice for the submission of a tender or application.
