Multi-level and multi-user database with GIS-interface for storing and disseminating project-related geological, geophysical, and social-environmental data. We expect the final product to be "linked" to the existing Infact website. The database system could consist of two independent entities:

(1) a metadata database connected to the data storage;

(2) 2 or three interfaces to allow data access and input, e.g. a web interface (free form with search fields for keywords, coordinates, etc.) and a web mapping (GIS) service interface.

The Principal shall only consider suitable, that is, qualified and capable companies as potential suppliers, which are not excluded on the basis of the exclusion criteria as per Sections 123, 124 GWB.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

The Principal has to be performed a specified work comparable with the tendered task in their nature and scope after the 1.1.2014, which means that the project (without subsequent maintenance) are completely done after this date.

Mindeststandards:

Minimum requirement are at least 3 references involving in geoscientific data, and at least 2 references on projects involving the development of web-based database solution. Please specificity the reference on extra sheets with name of company, date of project and type of work that has been done. If a reference covered both requirements it counts for both.

Remedies according to § 160 GWB:

1) The public procurement tribunal initiates a review procedure only on request;

2) Any company that has an interest in the public contract or the concession and claims an infringement in its rights pursuant to Section 97 (6) GWB by non-compliance with transfer regulations shall have the right to apply. It must be stated that the alleged damage to the procurement rules has caused or threatens to harm the company;

3) The application is inadmissible insofar as:

— the applicant has recognized the alleged infringement of public procurement rules prior to the submission of the request for review and has not complained to the Contracting Authority within a period of 10 calendar days, the expiration of the period according to § 134 paragraph 2 GWB remains unaffected,

— infringements of procurement rules that are identifiable as a result of the notice of notice are not reported to the client at the latest by the end of the period for the application or the submission of tenders stated in the announcement,

— infringements of public procurement rules, which can only be identified in the tender documents, are not claimed by the client at the latest by the deadline for the application or the submission of tenders,

— more than 15 calendar days after receipt of the notification of the Contracting Authority to refuse to remedy a complaint have passed.

Sentence 1 shall not apply in the case of an application for the ineffectiveness of the contract pursuant to § 135 (1) number 2. § 134 (1) sentence 2 shall remain unaffected.
